Right after my sweet baby boy was born in 2021, Andrea of ThimbleLamb kindly gifted me a couple of her sewing patterns for children that she thought might suit my little ones. It was a true act of kindness, and while I will admit this was my first introduction to her brand, she asked nothing of me except to enjoy the patterns if I felt they were right for my babies! I was in a little bit of a postpartum cloud at that time, and while I was still sewing, I was also very behind on some collaborations and my own ideas of things I wanted to sew, and therefore wasn’t able to make any immediate plans to sew up either pattern.
