How I’m Landing Brand Partnerships Using My LadyBossBlogger Course Knowledge… It has now been a month since I started my LadyBossBlogger Course (not familiar with this? Check out my first blog post about LadyBossBlogger from a couple of weeks ago!) and I’ve got a few more thoughts to share with you today.
When I first started sharing my me-made garments on Instagram, I never imagined that I would eventually start a blog or even consider monetizing any of my work. I simply wanted a little corner of the world dedicated to the clothing that I have sewn, where I could dive into conversations with fellow sewists. But as time went on, I started to wonder if there was a way to use what I was already doing to make a little money to supplement the costs I encounter along the way… And now I am halfway through the LadyBossBlogger “Make Money as an Influencer” course online, and learning SO MUCH. May was a low month for my sewjo! My husband and I painted and moved some rooms around in our house, leaving my sewing space disassembled and inaccessible.The little time I did spend sewing was mostly dedicated to re-building and re-decorating my fresh, new sewing room and sewing facial masks for my husband to wear when he ran our family errands. However, I did get one garment sewn using my chosen fabric for May #MonthlyMakeMyStash2020!! And honestly, if I only got to sew one thing, I’m definitely happy that it was this.
